12+ Months Contract Job Summary The selected candidate will plan and perform a variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly, testing, fabrication, and inspection operations on various products in both standard and non-standard environments while maintaining efficient workflow and production standards. Key Responsibilities- Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other work instructions.
- Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly operations.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, cutters, measuring equipment, and light machinery.
- Maintain product inventory at designated workstations.
- Conduct quality inspections and identify/document product defects.
- Rework and repair assembled products based on engineering change requirements.
- Always follow established quality standards and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Lift materials and equipment up to 40 lbs as required.
- Stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience.
- In the absence of a High School Diploma or GED, 3 years of relevant experience is required.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
