at SmasHouse Burgers & Tacos in Lewiston, Idaho, United States Job Description Restaurant Support Team Member (Smash Bar & Dishes) SmasHouse is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our Lewiston team for 10-15 hours per week to start, with the possibility of more hours and opportunities to move into other positions as our business grows. You'll wash dishes, keep our Smash Food Bar clean and stocked throughout your shift, and help with general cleaning. At times, you'll be stationed at the Smash Food Bar to keep an eye on it, tidy it up, and restock items as needed. Required Qualifications Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks Ability to stay on task and work independently when stationed at the Smash Bar Friendly, helpful communication with customers and coworkers Attention to cleanliness, including noticing spills, empty items, and areas that need attention Ability to wash dishes, restock supplies, and complete cleaning tasks throughout a shift Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation procedures Ability to work on your feet for much of the shift Preferred Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience Experience washing dishes in a commercial kitchen Experience maintaining a self-serve food or condiment station Familiarity with food safety and cleaning procedures No restaurant experience?
