Osburn, Idaho Join Our Team Idaho Mining Apparel is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, hardworking member to join our Sewing Production Team. Whether you have previous industrial sewing experience or simply enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality products, we'd love to meet you. We can teach the technical skills—we're looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, and become part of a team. What You'll Do Operate industrial sewing machines to manufacture and assemble high-quality workwear and apparel Measure, cut, sew, and assemble materials according to production specifications and work orders Follow established sewing procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality Inspect materials and finished products for defects or inconsistencies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work closely with fellow team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines Help ensure every product meets IMA's quality standards Assist with additional production tasks as needed What We're Looking For Reliable with excellent attendance Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Able to stay focused while performing repetitive tasks Comfortable sitting for extended work periods Ability to lift and handle materials weighing 25 lbs or more Works well independently and in a team environment Willingness to learn new equipment and production techniques Previous industrial sewing, manufacturing, or production experience is an asset but is not required. Qualifications & Training General knowledge of sewing techniques preferred but not required Experience operating industrial sewing machines, including flatbed and open-arm machines, is an asset Experience measuring, cutting, and handling fabrics or industrial materials is preferred At least one year of previous work experience is preferred, but not required No previous industrial sewing experience is necessary for the right candidate On-the-Job Training Provided.
