We are looking for a Bakery Production Assistant to join our team at Lila Belle's Bakery in our Rexburg location! This position would be for a part-time role, filling our morning and afternoon shift (between 6:30 am - 4 pm Monday-Saturday , but scheduled days will vary based on availability). Specific scheduled dates and times can be discussed.

Position Summary:

Assist the bakery team in producing high-quality baked goods by preparing ingredients, operating equipment, packaging finished products, and maintaining a clean, organized production area.

Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients and assist with mixing dough and batters. Monitor proofing, baking, and cooling processes. Package, label, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment. Move and organize ingredients, including bags of flour, sugar, and other raw materials. Lift and stack boxes of finished product in freezers or storage areas. Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and production areas. Follow food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures. Assist with inventory organization and restocking supplies. Perform other production and warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day. Comfortable standing, walking, and working in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Food production or bakery experience is helpful but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
