This job was posted by https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov : For more information, please see: https://illinoisjoblink.illinois.gov/jobs/13828746 Responsible for seat production planning/scheduling per the customer\'s daily requirement.\ Demand review and forecasting while maintaining optimal inventory levels.\ Monitor customer systems and online communication to identify shipping requirements on an hourly/daily basis, and communicate with customers about any issues that may affect the schedule.\ Responsible for managing MES systems upload and CLS coverage monitoring.\ Identify any shipment that may not be met and notify the Production Control Manager.\ Follow the escalation procedure if delivery schedules are threatened.\ Make necessary changes to the seat build schedule and load build plan on both MES and SAP based on customer requirements.\ Maintain daily/weekly/monthly/yearly production/shipping results.\ Report daily seat and foam pad production results and operating rate to HQ.\ Data entry of all manual orders, seat build adjustment, and special build requests.\ Monitor systems to ensure all part numbers, customer FSC code, and product data information flow through the system in a timely manner.\ Participate in EO Meetings and lead obsolescence events.\ Participation in physical inventory and monthly production closing.
