2024 SUMMARY The Production Associate/Technician are an hourly position, reporting to the Production Supervisor. This position is first shift Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm at $19/hr with overtime as needed. Production Associate/Technician is accountable for assisting the manufacturing process which includes filling drums, labeling products, and may include the use of a forklift.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Drumming of Materials and Dispensing of Product:
Ensure a consistent and quality product of material produced Procedures must be followed including exact quantities produced and dispensed. Proper labelling of drums / totes Proper dispensing of finished goods products into 55 gallon drums Proper palletizing and banding of drums Follow loading instructions Proper labeling of all products with production information and date Use of hand tools including a drum torque wrench Autonomously drive the process to ensure production and quality targets are met on a daily basis Detailed organization through reading instruments and accurately recording readings Received adequate training and fully understand manufacturing procedures At times re-labeling of incoming material will be required Assisting with quarterly Inventory count Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), continuous improvement, and problem-solving activities, including supporting workplace organization, equipment care, standard work adherence, and improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Must complete safety and all other trainings as assigned All other duties as assigned by Leadership

The employee should hold the following abilities: Must be able to comply with all safety/work/procedures, rules and regulations Must complete safety and all other trainings as assigned Must be able to read, write, and speak English Must have to ability to do basic mathematical calculations Must have the ability to multi-task Must work well in team environment and work independently Must be able to maintain a safe and clean work environment
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
The employee should have the following: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required 1 years of manufacturing experience or related experience and/or training in an industrial environment
Preferred:
1 year forklift operating experience Must be 18 years or older Must be a US citizen or have the right to work in the US Must be drug and alcohol free
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires: Standing for prolonged periods of time, over 8 hours if required Work overtime, as needed
