- $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Packing Moving Attention to detail Warehouse experience Full Job Description We're a small, family-owned shop in Elmhurst that hand-makes premium silicone molds for resin casting and flower preservation.
- Demolding cured pieces carefully (our molds are both our tools and our product, so gentle hands matter)
- Cleaning molds
- Trimming and inspecting finished pieces
- Helping pour and prep production batches
- Packing and labeling orders during busy stretches
- Keeping your workstation clean and organized What we're looking for:
- Careful, patient, and detail-oriented — this is hands-on work with pieces that are easy to damage if you rush
- Reliable — when you're scheduled, you're here
- Able to stand for most of a shift and lift up to 30 lbs
- Craft, resin, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
- Experience with 3D printing, laser cutting, or CNC machines is a big plus — and if you don't have it but you're mechanically minded and want to learn, we'll train you. There's real room to grow into running these machines. Why this is a good gig:
- Small family shop, not a giant warehouse — you'll work directly with the owners
- Calm, clean work (silicone and resin crafting, no heavy machinery)
- Steady daytime hours with some flexibility
