ProAmpac, a global leader in flexible packaging, is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety professional to champion a safety-first culture at our manufacturing facility. In this on-site role, you will develop and implement EHS programs, ensure OSHA and environmental compliance, and lead audits, inspections, and incident investigations. You will train employees, analyze safety metrics, and partner with cross-functional teams to reduce risk, support sustainability, and continuously improve processes in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs and policies for a manufacturing facility. Conduct regular safety and environmental inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local regulations. Deliver EHS training and coaching to employees and supervisors. Track, analyze, and report EHS metrics to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and leadership to integrate safety into daily processes. Support sustainability initiatives and safe handling of materials and waste.
