Job Description

Industrial Painter / Production Associate1st

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM — $21.04/hour 2nd

Shift:

Schedule TBD — $22.04/hour Overtime may be required.

We are seeking an Industrial Painter / Production Associate to join a manufacturing team producing commercial doors. The primary focus of this position will be painting, with additional production responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities:

Paint wood products and doors using various painting methodsOperate or work around paint booths and production equipmentInspect products for quality and finishAssist with door assembly, machining, material handling, staging, and packagingMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous painting experience preferred, including wood, residential/commercial, or industrial paintingFamiliarity with paint booths is a plusManufacturing, woodworking, or warehouse experience is helpfulAbility to use basic hand tools and measuring equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable attendance and ability to work Monday-Friday
