In this role, you will: Use blueprint reading and precision measuring instruments to ensure high-quality output Operate various production equipment and machinery (with training provided) Learn and/or utilize forklifts and other material-handling equipment Follow established safety , quality , and production procedures Support efficient manufacturing practices and help us meet customer and production goals Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to resolve problems and improve processes What We're Looking For We welcome candidates at all experience levels. Training is provided for entry-level roles. Preferred skills and qualifications (varies by position): Interest in or experience with manufacturing, fabrication, welding, or machining Ability to learn new skills , follow instructions, and work safely Basic math and measurement skills Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift as required Reliable transportation to Roanoke, IL 61561 Be on time and at work daily as scheduled: Must have great Attendance Ability to pass a post-offer pre-employment test Pay & Benefits Parsons offers competitive pay plus a 15% shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
