Conagra Brands is seeking a Production Associate to support safe, efficient production of our well-known food brands. In this on-site manufacturing role, you will operate and monitor production line equipment, follow strict safety, food safety, and quality standards, and perform basic changeovers and cleanups. You will inspect products and packaging, record accurate production data, and collaborate with teammates to solve issues. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production line equipment to meet daily output targets Follow safety, quality, and food safety standards and SOPs at all times Inspect products and packaging for defects and ensure accurate labeling Perform basic equipment setup, changeovers, and line cleanups Accurately record production data, counts, and downtime in logs or systems Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues Support continuous improvement, 5 S, and waste-reduction initiatives Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with GMP requirements Required Skills Production line operation Basic equipment troubleshooting Quality inspection Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Food safety and sanitation Data and production record entry Basic mechanical aptitude5 S and continuous improvement Safe material handling Teamwork and communication
