Duties and Responsibilities:

Read and follow written English instructions, order forms, and production requirements accurately. Identify and differentiate between colors, materials, and cloth styles to ensure order accuracy and quality. Perform production, sewing, warehouse, or order fulfillment tasks using basic computer and math skills as needed. Must be able to thread a needle and perform detail-oriented work. Must be self-motivated, dependable, and committed to producing quality work. Ability to recognize colors and different cloth styles Maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity while performing repetitive tasks and motions. Lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs. as required. Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, reaching, grasping, bending, twisting, kneeling, and walking throughout the shift. Work on your feet for 8-12+ hour shifts and in a moderate to above-moderate noise environment. Work mandatory overtime as required to meet production demands. About the
