Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00

PM Pay:

$18.00-$20.00 per hour (based on experience) Join Our Team Custom Bottling & Packaging, Inc. is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated E-Commerce & Production Support Team Member to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our online customers receive their orders accurately and on time while also supporting our production team as needed. If you enjoy staying organized, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team that values hard work and reliability, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Pick, pack, label, and ship e-commerce orders accurately and on time. Verify order accuracy and maintain shipping documentation. Organize inventory and shipping supplies. Maintain a clean and organized shipping workspace. Assist with inventory counts and stock organization. Communicate effectively with team members regarding order status and priorities. Serve as a production "floater," assisting various departments throughout the facility as workload demands. Learn new tasks and support continuous improvement efforts across the operation. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills. Dependable with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday. Previous shipping, warehouse, e-commerce, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
