Job Description

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is in partnership with a prominent client in Bluffton, IN in the Manufacturing, injection molding business. Key Responsibilities (Press Operator/Assembly)

Production & Machine Operation:

Operating structural foam presses and handling extrusion machinery.

Finishing Work:

Trimming flash, removing sprues, and assembling molded plastic products.

Quality Inspection:

Inspecting finished parts for defects.

Packaging & Shipping:

Packaging and stacking finished products.

Maintenance:

Maintaining a clean and organized work area. [1]

Qualifications & Physical Requirements Physical Strength:

Ability to stand for 12 hours and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Experience:

1-3 years in manufacturing preferred, but not always required.

Skills:

Basic math and mechanical abilities.

Environment:

Fast-paced, manufacturing setting requiring safety compliance (steel-toe shoes). [1, 2, 3]

Job Structure & Benefits Schedule:

3-2-2-3 rotating 12-hour shifts.

Pay:
