Fridays Starting Pay:

$18.55 - $21.00 per hour Stable manufacturing environment with a team-focused culture Position Overview DMG is seeking motivated team members for our Finishing Department. Successful candidates are willing to learn and cross-train in multiple areas including assembly, powder coating, and load/unload operations. Assembly Responsibilities Use drills, rivet guns, and other hand tools to assemble components. Install handles, hinges, sound insulation, and other hardware to create customer-ready subassemblies. Access part specifications and drawings through computer systems. Inspect, package, and prepare finished parts for shipment. Powder Coat Application Responsibilities Apply powder coating to metal parts. Operate powder spray equipment within the coating booth. Ensure proper coverage and quality standards are maintained. Load & Unload Responsibilities Load parts onto carriers for the finishing line. Use computer systems to direct parts to the appropriate processing locations. Understand proper hanging and masking techniques. Unload finished parts from the line. Inspect, identify, label, package, and complete required documentation for finished products.
