In this role, you will operate and monitor plant equipment used to produce cement and related materials, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent output. You will perform equipment inspections, basic troubleshooting, housekeeping, and quality checks to meet production standards. Working closely with maintenance and quality teams, you'll follow strict safety and environmental procedures, accurately record production data, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing and material-handling equipment Perform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Follow all safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards Record production data and report issues to supervisors Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve problems Assist with startups, shutdowns, and changeovers Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives Required Skills Industrial equipment operation Basic mechanical troubleshooting Process monitoring and control Quality inspection and testing Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures Reading gauges and instrumentation Material handling and forklift operation Data recording and production reporting Preventive maintenance basics Understanding of environmental and dust-control systems
