Available based on business needs Job Summary Looking for a full-time manufacturing job with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule? We are hiring Automotive Assembly Associates in Greencastle, IN! This is a great opportunity to get started in the automotive manufacturing industry. No previous manufacturing experience is required, and training is provided. - 6:30 AM All schedules are Monday-Friday, with overtime available based on business needs.
Job Responsibilities Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions. Operate basic production equipment and hand tools. Inspect parts for defects and ensure products meet quality standards. Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet daily production goals and quality expectations. Work with team members to keep production running efficiently. Qualifications No previous manufacturing experience required; training is provided. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
