Material Handler / Production Worker Crown Staffing is hiring reliable, hardworking individuals for Material Handler and Production Worker positions in Madison, IN. These are hands-on opportunities with consistent work, long-term potential, and a supportive team environment.

Pay:

$20.00-$21.00/hr Shifts Available 1st

Shift Monday-Thursday:

5:00 AM-3:30 PM Possible overtime

Friday and Saturday OR Monday-Friday:

7:00 AM-3:30 PM Possible overtime during the week and Saturday 2nd

Shift Monday-Friday:

3:30 PM-12:00

AM OR Monday-Thursday:

3:30 PM-2:00 AM Production Worker Responsibilities Assemble, package, and inspect products Operate machinery and equipment safely Meet production and quality goals Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and company policies Material Handler Responsibilities Move and organize materials safely indoors and outdoors Load and unload trucks and deliveries Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment Use RF scanners and inventory tracking systems Perform heavy lifting of 50+ lbs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow all safety guidelines and company policies Requirements High school diploma or GED required Forklift experience required for Material Handler positions Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
