As a Foam Cell Operator , you'll help manufacture high-quality seating components by operating foam production equipment and ensuring products meet our quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities include:
Operate foam production equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload molds and prepare components for the foaming process Inspect finished foam parts for quality, defects, and proper specifications Trim or clean finished parts as needed Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards Monitor equipment and report any production or maintenance issues Maintain accurate production records as required Rotate between workstations based on production needs Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Work with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality goals Perform other duties as assigned 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent preferred Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required Ability to read and follow written work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Willingness to rotate between workstations as production needs require Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test in accordance with company policy, including marijuana (THC) Foam machine operators Manufacturing associates Production operators Machine operators Assembly associates General labor employees Warehouse associates looking to transition into manufacturing Entry-level manufacturing candidates seeking long-term careers At Seats Incorporated, you'll find a supportive team, stable employment, excellent benefits, and opportunities to build a long-term career.
