Pay Rates 18.00 - 21.00 USD hourly Essential Requirements for Bilingual Production Operator Ability to read and write in English and Spanish More than 2 years of manufacturing experience Ability to work 7 days a week for 12 hours while standing and lifting Skills and Requirements for Bilingual Production Operator Experience with power tools Ability to visually identify damage or missing parts Ability to take 2 paid training days to pass 4 written exams and a hands-on evaluation Foundational understanding of production technologies and processes Familiarity with quality measurement tools, such as calipers Competence in using industry-specific software for reporting and data analysis Role for Bilingual Production Operator Conduct inspections and checks on parts, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products following established work instructions. Perform precise gap and flushness evaluations and manage the loading and unloading of modules from storage racks. Identify and escalate potential or actual non-conformities and deviations through the formal escalation protocol. Segregate suspect or defective parts and assist with root cause analysis and warranty reviews. Aid in first-off/last-off testing and the return of inspected components to production lines or rework stations.
