Shift Forging Production Operator Location:
Murray, KY Pay:
$16.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday -
Friday Hours:
3pm-11:30pm We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join a busy manufacturing team in the forging department. This position involves working with metal parts, operating production equipment, and keeping up with production in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Job Duties:
Operate and assist with forging machinery and equipment Handle and inspect metal parts during production Check parts for quality and defects Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet daily production goals Work well with others in a team environment
Requirements:
Must pass a drug screen and background check Must have reliable transportation Must have good attendance and be dependable Must be comfortable working in a hot, noisy manufacturing environment Must be able to stand for extended periods Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work Must follow all safety and attendance policies Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
