PRODUCTION WORKER About the Role Join our manufacturing team in Reed, KY to build high-quality Storage Tank Insulation Systems. www.

MCI-RIDGLOK.com. We take pride in our workmanship and foster a team environment where every member contributes to our success. We provide on-the-job training for our specific production line, but we require a solid foundation of mechanical basics on day one.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
Note:
Occasional mandatory Friday overtime is required based on production demands. Day-1
Minimum Requirements Measurement Skills:
Must be able to accurately read a tape measure down to fractions of an inch immediately upon hire.
Tool Knowledge:
General proficiency and comfort operating standard hand tools and basic power tools.
Reliability:
Exceptional attendance and punctuality are non-negotiable for this team.
Overtime Flexibility:
Ability to work occasional Fridays when production schedules demand it. What You Will Do Manufacture standing seam insulated panels using sheet metal and insulation boards on the main production line ( Core Work Station ). Bend and cut metal flashing and handle insulation materials to fabricate specialized tank insulation components. Build and assemble custom pallets to safely secure and transport finished goods. Shrinkwrap large bundles of product and package hardware kits carefully to prepare orders for shipment. Load finished product bundles onto outgoing flatbed trailers using a fork truck. Operate standard workshop hand tools, power tools, and tape measures with high precision. Collaborate with your crew to meet daily and weekly production goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Preferred Experience (A Plus, Not Required) General construction, shipping/packaging, or production line experience. Prior background in sheet metal work, insulation installation, or carpentry.

Flat $20.00/hr starting rate.
Immediate Paid Holidays:
Holiday pay is effective starting your first week. (
Note:
Must work your full scheduled shift the day before and the day after the holiday to be eligible).
Work-Life Balance:
