The right candidate should have a solid foundation in sign production, be willing to learn, and be able to keep up in a busy, fast-paced sign shop. This is a hands-on production position, not a graphic design or sales position. Experience is important, but reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work are equally valuable.
