Monday - Friday first shift

• Job Functions and Responsibilities
• + Sand and scuff architectural millwork and casework by hand and using machines. + Perform general housekeeping, including sweeping, vacuuming, and organizing inventory and equipment. + Assist finishers and woodworkers by preparing workpieces for finishing. + Develop organizational skills and maintain a positive, self-motivated attitude.
• Physical Requirements
• + Ability to lift, push, and move heavy objects. + Willingness to work on concrete floors for extended periods (8+ hours/day); includes walking, standing, bending, stretching, and repetitive movements. + Manual dexterity and good vision, hearing, and verbal communication are essential. + Potential exposure to dust, noise (protection provided), fumes, and odors.
• Mental Requirements
• + Analytical skills, logic, memory, and clear oral expression. + Effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Tools Commonly Used
• + Glue scraper, cabinet scraper, Phillips-head and slot-head screwdrivers, ½" open-end wrench, adjustable wrench, hammer, square, tape measure, utility knife, chisels, cordless screw gun.
• Experience Requirements
• + Successful job history with good references.
