The Production Associate plays a key role in ensuring efficient, high-quality manufacturing operations. This role works collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and is responsible for packaging, labeling, pre-roll production and rotating between stations as needed along with performing continuous quality checks, and upholding sanitation and safety standards. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to perform visual quality inspections, and a commitment to minimizing waste. The role may take on additional responsibilities based on business needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following Ability to operate under current state guidelines including compliant storage and handling of all products Maintain high-quality standards during shifts including constant QA/QC of all products being prepped and produced Ability to work well with others in high-pressure situations with a sense of urgency Effectively communicate and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company Maintain and comply with sanitation and safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized production and work environment Perform visual quality inspections on products, minimizing waste where possible Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice

Experience:

At least 6 months of directly related experience and/or training in a production environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be 21 years of age to apply and ability to pass background check.
