$18.00-$20.00 per hour Build Your Career with Cornerstone Truss & Components Cornerstone Truss & Components is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team as Floor Table Assistants. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you'll help build high-quality floor trusses that support residential and commercial construction projects throughout New England. No prior experience is required. We provide paid, on-the-job training. If you're reliable, eager to learn, and enjoy working with your hands as part of a team, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Assist in the assembly of floor trusses using production drawings. Position and align lumber accurately for assembly. Install truss plates and prepare materials for production. Support an efficient and organized production process. Inspect materials for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Reliable with a strong work ethic. Willing to learn and work as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Construction, manufacturing, or woodworking experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday. Commitment to quality, safety, and attendance.
