Job Description We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Flexo-Solvent Press Helper to assist press operators with daily printing production. The ideal candidate will help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment while supporting quality production. Responsibilities o Assist the flexographic press operator with daily press operations. o Prepare materials, inks, solvents, and supplies for production. o Load and unload materials and finished products. o Help set up and clean printing equipment. o Monitor materials during production and report quality issues. o Maintain a clean and organized work area. o Follow all safety procedures when handling inks, solvents, and equipment. o Perform other production duties as assigned. Qualifications o Manufacturing or printing experience preferred, but not required. o Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. o Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required. o Willingness to learn press operations and production procedures. o Reliable attendance and punctuality. o Ability to work any shift, including days, evenings, or nights.
