Odenton, Maryland CoWorx Staffing is seeking dependable General Production Associates for a manufacturing client in Odenton, MD. These positions support daily production work and offer long-term opportunities for the right candidates.

As Possible Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (first shift) with some over time available

Responsibilities:

Operate basic production equipment such as molds and CNC machines (training provided). Perform quality control inspections on parts produced during the manufacturing process. Load and unload materials into machines and molds as required for production. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow instructions and guidance from supervisors and team leads. Perform general labor duties, including lifting, moving, and organizing materials as needed.

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be 18 years old or older. Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs. Reliable transportation to Odenton, MD. Strong attendance record and work ethic. Previous warehouse, labor, or manufacturing experience preferred.
