6:30 PM - 6:30 AM Weekend work is required as part of the regular production schedule 12-hour shifts About the Position We are looking for dependable Production Associates to join our team in Lisbon, Maine. In this role, you will help finish, package, and prepare printed materials for shipment. You will operate and assist with bindery equipment, inspect finished products for quality, and perform a variety of hands-on production tasks. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to safety. What You'll Do Operate and monitor equipment such as folders, cutters, stitchers, inserters, and stackers Feed printed materials into machinery according to production requirements Collate, sort, count, bundle, and package printed products Stack and palletize completed products for shipping Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and cleanup What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable attendance Ability to work 12-hour shifts Willingness to work weekends as part of the regular production schedule Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer skills Previous manufacturing, printing, packaging, or production experience is helpful but not required Physical Requirements This position involves standing and walking for extended periods and performing repetitive production tasks. Pay Details:
