Job Summary The Production Support team member assists with a variety of manufacturing operations to help keep production running efficiently. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and working in a manufacturing environment. No prior manufacturing experience is required, and training will be provided.
What We Offer Pay:
$18 - $22 per hour First-shift schedule, Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts with a flexible start time between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM) Opportunity for professional growth, wage increases, and career advancement Vacation and Personal/Sick Paid Time Off Paid holidays, including two floating holidays Health insurance subsidy Company-paid dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Incentive bonus opportunities based on company performance Annual reimbursement for personal protective equipment (PPE) Qualifications Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions and work orders Basic math skills Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Responsibilities and Scope Support production operations as directed by supervisors and managers Cut, face, straighten, drill, polish, and bore-blast materials as needed Handle materials and assist with inventory movement throughout the facility Follow work orders, standard operating procedures, and quality requirements Track production time using the company kiosk clocking system Monitor work and report quality concerns or material issues promptly Coordinate with production, quality, and operations teams to keep jobs moving efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Grover Precision is a precision manufacturing company serving customers in the medical, aerospace, defense, and industrial markets.
