Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00

PM Pay:

$15-$20 per hour, depending on experience We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Solventless Extraction Technician to support our production team in Adrian, Michigan. This role is ideal for someone with solventless extraction experience or someone who is motivated to learn and be trained on our systems, standards, and processes. The position is involved in the full solventless production process, including material preparation, washing, hash collection, freeze-drying, rosin pressing, equipment cleaning, and day-to-day lab operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and follow company SOPs, production processes, safety requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Assist with all stages of solventless production, including material preparation, washing, hash collection, freeze-drying, and rosin pressing.
• Properly handle, identify, and track cannabis material throughout the production process.
• Complete production records, tracking logs, and cleaning logs accurately and as work is performed.
• Clean and sanitize extraction equipment, tools, work surfaces, and production areas before and after use.
• Monitor equipment and product throughout production and promptly report equipment concerns, product inconsistencies, or other issues to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and production-ready lab environment.
• Assist with routine lab, processing, packaging, or other production-related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous cannabis, solventless extraction, hash-washing, freeze-drying, or rosin-pressing experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and complete required documentation in real time.
• Willingness to learn established systems, standards, equipment, and production processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
• Understanding that cleaning and sanitation are essential parts of daily lab operations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or move up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work safely around production and lab equipment.
