Duties Operate packaging machinery and hand tools to assemble, seal, and prepare confectionery products for shipment Label all packaging appropriately, verify counts per box are 100% accurate, and boxes are sealed securely. Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet safety standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines Assist with accurate inventory records and stock replenishment as needed Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures during all packaging activities Assist with basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting using mechanical knowledge Support warehouse organization by stacking pallets, labeling packages, and ensuring a clean work environment Skills Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus, though not required Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues quickly and effectively Familiarity with packaging processes within a food manufacturing environment Strong understanding of GMP standards to maintain product safety and quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety regulations This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse operations.
