Job Description
The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for batch production, mixing, filling, packaging, and quality control of our products. The role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and mix batches according to precise formulas Operate and maintain production equipment Fill and package products to meet quality standards Monitor and ensure quality control throughout the process Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Assist with inventory tracking and raw material handling
Requirements:
Experience in manufacturing, production, or food/skincare industry preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and consistency in following recipes and processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliability and punctuality- schedule must be consistent Comfortable working with natural ingredients and handling raw materials
Work Schedule:
5 days per week (Monday-Friday), weekends are available 8-hour shifts - 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm
