We're hiring Hot Trim Technicians to join a skilled forging team where you'll help transform heated steel into durable, high-quality finished products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term manufacturing career. You'll receive hands-on training, cross-training opportunities, and regular wage increases as you develop new skills throughout the forge. What You'll Be Doing In this position, you'll: Trim excess material from forged metal parts using industrial trim presses Safely handle and move heated forged materials throughout production Inspect finished parts for quality, alignment, and consistency Operate conveyors and assist with maintaining production flow Label, organize, and stage production materials Support forging operations and material handling throughout the facility Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards Every new employee begins by learning material handling and hot trim operations before being cross-trained into additional positions throughout the forge.
