We sell online and in stores across the country and world. We are opening up a retail clothing store in Mount Pleasant, MI that will include an unplugged hangout area with coffee and games for people to experience life unplugged first hand.

Job Summary:

We are in need of a full time assistant production manager. This person should be mission driven, active, fun, outgoing, have experience in management , and be a person willing to do whatever it takes regardless of the task at hand. We are a growing company. We need someone who is ready to tag along for the ride and join our adventurous team!

Important:

this position could turn into Production Manager. We need someone willing to step into that role. This means learning the ins and outs of the production manager and always ensuring our efficiency targets are being met in all production areas. Responsibilities and Duties Heading up all things in production (pressing shirts, stacking orders, fulfillment) Keeping up on inventory of garments, office supplies, etc. Managing 5-15 associates Ensuring employees maintain our efficiency standards. You must be willing to have hard conversations with associates to push them to higher efficiencies frequently. Meeting frequently with owner Purchasing needed supplies Small website changes Managing, scheduling, and training employees Required Experience and Skills 2+ years of management experience 2+ years of production experience Proficiency in Email, Google Docs, Google Sheets Purchasing experience Handiwork (fixing/assembling heat presses, printers, tables, carts, shelves, etc.) Preferred Experience and Skills Retail experience Laser engraving experience T-shirt production Business degree Perks Strong team environment Dog friendly environment Popcorn for days Flexible time off Hanging out with our babies Home cooked meal parties Huge discounts on merchandise Please be sure to be fully bought into the following
