This position focuses on precision assembly, technical fabric handling, and commercial equipment operation. If you have experience working with commercial fabrics, industrial machinery, or technical assembly, we encourage you to apply! Key Responsibilities Operate heavy-duty commercial equipment to assemble high-quality fabric components and custom covers. Read and interpret work orders, production priority sheets, and simple technical specs/drawings. Inspect finished materials for accuracy, quality, and precise specification compliance. Maintain organized work areas, material patterns, and job documentation. Assist with final product preparation, packaging, and staging for shipment. Collaborate effectively with team members and management on continuous process improvements. Qualifications & Experience 1+ years of hands-on experience in fabric assembly, commercial textile work, industrial machine operation, or related trades. Comfortable threading machines, setting up equipment safely, and troubleshooting basic operational needs. Ability to follow written instructions, technical manuals, and pattern guidelines. Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
