Back Manufacturing Associate - $19/hr | Full-Time Skilled Trades & Industrial Weidman , Michigan Contract to Hire Oct 7, 2026 Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a manufacturer in the Weidman, Michigan area , is seeking Manufacturing Associates to join their team! This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work and have experience in multiple areas of manufacturing.

Pay:

$19.00/hr

Schedule:

Full-time, 40-50 hours per week

Job Summary:

Manufacturing Associates will perform a variety of production and manufacturing duties. Ideal candidates are self-directed, mechanically inclined, and multi-skilled, with experience in at least two manufacturing or technical areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Candidates should have experience in at least two of the following: Welding Assembly Blueprint reading Machine operation Buffing and grinding Refrigeration Electrical Hand and power tool operation Fork truck operation Basic computer skills Tape measure reading

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Strong attendance and reliability Safety-conscious Cooperative and able to work as part of a team Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with your hands Able to learn new processes quickly Willing to suggest ideas for cost reduction or process improvement Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
