What You'll Do as a

Production Lead:

Lead and train temporary employees while communicating effectively with team membersMonitor production activities to ensure product specifications, quality standards, and productivity goals are metTroubleshoot equipment and processes to help minimize downtime and maintain peak efficiencyPerform required product and process testing and assist with production documentation and daily reportingMonitor assigned inventory and communicate replenishment needs to the warehouseMaintain proper sanitation and track chemicals and concentrations used in the assigned areaFollow company safety requirements and GMPs while supporting continuous process improvements What You Need to Bring to the

Production Lead Role:
