Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations. Ability to understand and follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies. Willingness to successfully complete classroom and on-the-job training programs. Experience Requirements Entry-level manufacturing position; no prior manufacturing experience required. Previous experience in production, assembly, warehouse, general labor, or industrial environments preferred. Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to attendance standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting. Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn new production processes. Interest in developing skills for advancement into machine or press operator positions. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to work around manufacturing equipment, moving machinery, heat, noise, and other industrial conditions. Capable of maintaining productivity during extended periods of machine monitoring and assembly work. Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear. Job Duties Perform assembly and secondary production operations according to quality and safety standards. Complete orientation, training, and skills development programs while learning manufacturing processes. Follow instructions from trainers and supervisors to safely and efficiently complete assigned tasks. Maintain clean, organized work areas, including aisles, staging locations, storage areas, and production workstations. Remove empty or damaged pallets and properly label production and recycled materials. Accurately record work activities and utilize company timekeeping systems. Communicate production concerns, quality issues, and operational updates to supervisors and team members. Support housekeeping, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to meet daily production goals and minimize downtime.
