As a Press Operator, you'll operate hydraulic presses that produce precision metal parts used by manufacturers across the country. You'll learn how to set up and run equipment, work from work orders and blueprints, inspect parts, and keep production moving. No manufacturing experience? No problem. We'll train you from day one and pay you while you learn. As you gain experience, you'll build skills that can open the door to additional opportunities in manufacturing.

Starting Rate of Pay:

$19.80 per hour base rate. Candidates with relevant experience may be eligible for base pay up to $20.80 per hour. What you'll do Set up presses, including tooling changes and job preparation Load materials and in-process parts and operate the press Run blanking, piercing, and forming operations Inspect parts using basic measuring tools such as calipers and gauges Follow work orders, blueprints, and quality requirements Record production information in our ERP system Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized Requirements Basic math skills Basic computer skills Ability to use measurement tools (or willingness to learn) Physical Requirements Ability to stand for the majority of the shift Lift and carry materials up to 100 lbs. Bend, reach, and lift parts from waist to shoulder height frequently Use hands for tool operation and press setup
