Production Associate Job Description As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for folding, counting, and packaging finished products in the fabric department. Based on work orders, you will determine the number of table overs, color, and specific packaging instructions, such as how products are stacked in boxes. You will also conduct visual inspections of all products to ensure consistency and quality. This position requires packaging and lifting up to 30 lbs, and you will be standing for a significant portion of the job. Responsibilities Fold, count, and package finished products according to work orders. Conduct visual inspections to ensure product consistency and quality. Package and lift up to 30 lbs while standing. Work collaboratively in a team environment. Adapt to different roles and show willingness to learn. Essential Skills Experience in packaging and production. Proficiency in visual inspection and general labor. Ability to operate machinery. Capability to lift up to 30 lbs. Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication. Additional Skills & Qualifications Positive can-do attitude. Reliability and punctuality. Team player mindset. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
