Set up embroidery jobs, including hooping garments, loading designs, and selecting thread colors. Monitor production to ensure consistent, high-quality embroidery. Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues. Work efficiently to meet production deadlines. Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality. Assist with shop duties as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Experience operating commercial embroidery machines preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow work orders and embroidery specifications accurately. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Able to work in a fast-paced production environment. Team player with a strong work ethic.
