Full Time, Temp-to-Hire Production Laborer Job Description:

PrideStaff is working with a premier manufacturing facility in search of a motivated Production Laborer. The Production Laborer will participate on the production team manufacturing precast concrete products. This role contributes to all areas, responsibilities, and functions of manufacturing production while focusing on Continuous Improvement, Safety, Quality, and Efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. This is a full-time production season role (April-November with a winter lay-off period from December-March) with Temp-to-Hire opportunity in St. Michael, MN.

Production Laborer Job Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain precast molds, and safely remove finished products Cross-train on and assist with all aspects of the manufacturing process Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to perform production activities and manual labor tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times Adhere to all facility safety rules and operational guidelines

Production Laborer Job Requirements & Working Conditions:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Must be physically able to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly Mechanical aptitude is highly preferred Previous forklift experience is a plus Willingness and ability to work consistent overtime (45 hours/week, M-F) Consistent, punctual attendance and strong dependability
