Hours:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Job Summary Homecrest is seeking a Production Associate to join our Innovative Tops department. In this position, you will play a hands-on role in manufacturing premium tabletop products. You will be responsible for preparing materials, operating and monitoring production equipment, and ensuring products meet Homecrest's quality standards. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior results while contributing to a clean, efficient, team-focused work environment. Job Duties

• Verify manufacturing orders, bills of materials, and formula charts to ensure proper preparation and equipment setup
• Monitor coatings to ensure appropriate cure times
• Perform molding and demolding processes, including preparing molds, removing excess material, demolding tops, and transferring products to the next stage of production
• Provide feedback and observations of the pour process, noting any changes that may affect the quality of the product
• Log and perform preventive, monthly, and annual equipment maintenance to ensure continuous production
• Initiate immediate halt of production when quality concerns arise, if necessary
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including routine cleaning of equipment and work areas
• Perform all other duties as assigned Requirements
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to use basic measuring devices such as a tape measure and weight scale
• Basic reading and math skills with an understanding of ratios and percentages
• Ability to read of bills of materials
