General Production Worker Job Description As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for properly melting and transferring products, specifically butter, to the correct holding tank. Your role will be crucial in minimizing loss by ensuring proper draining. Responsibilities Properly melt and transfer butter to the correct holding tank. Minimize product loss by ensuring proper draining techniques. Operate forklifts and machinery as required. Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues as needed. Load and pack products efficiently. Maintain accurate and legible records. Essential Skills Experience in production and general labor. Forklift and machine operation skills. Ability to follow directions and carry out instructions effectively. Strong teamwork capabilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
