Requirements for the Production Operator Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per shiftAbility to lift 35+ pounds consistentlyComfortable performing repetitive motions such as lifting, twisting, and using hands throughout the shiftPrevious food production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Production Operator Responsibilities Trim and slice food products using knives or scissorsPackage products into consumer-ready containersLoad and unload vacuum packaging machinesFollow all safety, quality, and sanitation guidelinesPerform repetitive tasks while maintaining production standards

Production Operator Pay & Schedule Day Shift:

$18.00/hour | 7:00 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.

Evening Shift:

$19.00/hour | 2:30 p.m. - 10:45 p.m.
