Day Shift Position Overview We are seeking dependable Production Workers to join a candle manufacturing facility in Tipton, MO. This position supports the day-to-day production, packaging, and preparation of candle products in a clean and organized manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable performing repetitive tasks, and able to work as part of a team to meet daily production goals. Responsibilities Assist with the production and packaging of candle products Prepare materials and supplies needed for daily production Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment Inspect finished products for quality and proper packaging Organize materials, supplies, and finished products Operate basic production equipment and tools as needed Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Work with team members to meet daily production goals Follow work instructions and established company procedures Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as needed Qualifications Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience is helpful but not required Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Monday-Friday schedule with consistent daytime hours — no nights or weekends! #talrooBenefits
