Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a 1st Shift Planer to join their team. As a 1st Shift Planer, you will be part of the production department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Moving Styrofoam through the Planer, stacking, wrapping, and moving product with a forklift or by hand. Ensuring a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborating with team members to meet production goals efficiently. Maintaining equipment and reporting any issues to supervisors. Participating in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. What's Needed? No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Willingness to work in a hot environment. Forklift experience is preferred but not required. Strong work ethic and reliability. What's in it for me? Raises after 90 days of employment.
