Duties include operating equipment, preparing and assembling materials, inspecting products, completing production records, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Training will be provided. Essential Duties Operate equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely. Measure, cut, assemble, and handle materials. Follow work orders, drawings, specifications, and procedures. Perform visual and dimensional inspections. Report defects, equipment issues, and safety concerns. Complete production and quality documentation. Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and material staging. Meet safety, PPE, OSHA, and applicable GMP requirements. Work with a team to meet production and quality goals. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Manufacturing, construction, mechanical, or industrial experience preferred but not required. Basic math, measurement, and communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and work safely with or without reasonable accommodation. Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Physical & Work Environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move materials as needed. Comfortable working around machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Ability to wear required PPE and follow safety procedures.
