Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment following safety and quality standards Handle, package, and label food products to specification Inspect materials and finished goods for defects or contamination Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area Follow SOPs, food safety, and sanitation procedures (GMP, HACCP) Accurately record production, downtime, and quality data Assist with basic machine changeovers and line adjustments Communicate issues to supervisors and work collaboratively with team members Required Skills Basic machine operation Manufacturing or production processes Food safety standards (GMP, HACCP) Quality control and inspection Basic mechanical aptitude Workplace safety/OSHA awareness Material handling and packaging Reading and following SOPs Basic data and production reporting Sanitation and cleaning procedures
